Ravine Gardens: The Depression-Era Masterpiece Hidden in a Palatka Ravine
In 1933 Depression-era relief workers planted tens of thousands of azaleas down the walls of two Palatka ravines that drop 120 feet at 45 degrees. Two suspension bridges still cross them today.
